What exactly is ZERO LANDFILL catering?? As the name suggests, our Zero Landfill catering does not produce any waste that goes to a landfill. Everything is either composted, recycled or reused. We even bring our own compost bin with a biodegradable liner, then after the job is complete, we take the compost and dispose of it appropriately – no fuss no muss, and most importantly, no extra work for you. Help the earth, and do your part! Zero Landfill.

NO FRILLS OPTIONS
(NOT Zero Landfill Catering Options)
Are you working with limited budgets, but still need food and drink for an event? We can help. We have a few stripped down catering options that can provide catering at rock-bottom prices. However, please keep in mind that these options do not include such things as table cloths, set up, or pick up. We deliver everything in disposable containers to the location you request, and simply drop it off.
Please note, the No Frills options are NOT Zero Landfill catering. If you would like to convert them to Zero Landfill, we can do that, but it will take a bit of work on your part. No Frills catering is inexpensive because we use cheaper disposable materials, AND less labor (because we only drop off, no set up and no pick up afterwards). Less labor translates to lower labor costs – I pass that savings on to you, the customer. To turn this into a Zero Landfill job, we must use the more expensive compostable materials, AND reusable equipment, which in turn means we must send an employee back to the catering site to pickup the equipment and dispose of the composted materials (which eliminates most of the cost savings). If you are willing to deal with the compost after the job is complete AND return our equipment to us, then we can do the No Frills job as Zero Landfill while keeping the prices low.
