Our goal is to provide healthy foods and drinks that are environmentally sustainable at affordable prices.  How do we do this?  In a couple ways: First, we make almost everything from scratch in our kitchens, so we can minimize the amount of unhealthy transfats, artificial colors & flavors, preservatives and other hidden ingredients like MSG, fillers etc.  If we make it from scratch, we know whats in it, and we can ensure you arent eating all that bad stuff.  Second, we use as healthy ingredients as we can.  All our coffees and teas are organic, the milk is hormone free, etc.  Finally, we provide many healthy options such as a cheese platter, vegetables and hummus, three types of vegetarian salads, as well as an array of gluten free & vegan options (non-milk options for your coffee for example).  Every year, we reassess our products, and sourcing to determine if there are new or alternative sources of ingredients that are higher quality and healthier without the need for us to substantially increase our prices.

The HOT Stuff

Menu-Header-1.jpg

Drip Coffee

  • House Blend

  • French

  • Flavor of the week

  • Single estate

  • Decaf. Why you might opt for decaf is beyond us, but it’s your decision!

Espresso
Our espresso is carefully roasted and blended by a local roaster (aka, god-like craftsman) using an ancient method involving unicorns trotting on treadmills, fairy dust and leprechauns dancing in the moonlight. Ok, we have no idea how they make the stuff. All we know is that it is amazing.

Espresso Mixed with Other Stuff
Mix it with milk, and you get hair-blowback lattes, mix it with milk and foam and delicious cappuccino. Add top-notch espresso to fresh, hormone free, recently-steamed milk and you've got a great drink.

Ginger Snap
A spice chai latte with a dual shot of espresso. It really does taste like those tasty ginger cookies you had as a child!

The 747
7 shots espresso, 4 shots of cream, 7 teaspoons of sugar. . . and a liability waiver.

Nutella Latte
A perennial favorite. The creamy-nutty-chocolaty concoction that you can curl up with on a cold and frosty afternoon.

Other Drinks Include:

  • Chai Latte

  • Hot Cocoa

  • Hot Cider

The COLD & FROZEN Stuff

Menu-Header-2.jpg

Cold-Brew Iced Coffee
We use the cold-brew method. It takes a bit more time, and a lot more beans, but it does not get any better than this.

Iced Tea
Black, green and raspberry. Cool, refreshing and delicious every time.

Iced Espresso Drinks
We offer a huge variety: espresso + milk, espresso + chocolate milk, espresso + cream. . . it's all good cold.

Italian Soda
Cool, refreshing lightly sweetened Italian sodas. We have about 30 different flavors - too many to write here. Note: Raspberry-lime is pretty good.

The Frozen Stuff: Nothing artificial - all real ingredients blended into a delicious frozen concoction!

Frozen Mocha
Whole chocolate milk, espresso, ice and a smile.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Whole milk, espresso, chocolate chip cookie dough (the actual stuff!), blended with ice

Nutella
Chocolate milk, espresso, almond syrup blended with ice

Banana Smoothie
Whole milk, banana & banana syrup.

Frozen Strawberry Lemonade
Lemon Juice, Sugar, Water, Strawberries

REAL Mango Smoothie
Mango chunks, whole milk, mango syrup and ice

We have our own bakery, where we make all our baked goods fresh every morning. Cookies, muffins, croissants, tea breads, scones, bagels: it's all fresh. In addition, we make all our own baguette sandwiches and salads every day. Best of all? It is ready made and good to go - just grab what you want and go. Fast and good.
